What a trip plan is
One plan is one generated itinerary: a title, a day by day schedule, and every activity placed on a map with real coordinates. Editing it afterwards, sharing it, and coming back to it later all cost nothing. Only asking the AI to build a new one spends a plan.
If a plan comes back empty
You get the plan back. If the generator returns nothing usable, we return the credit automatically rather than waiting to be asked.
Changing your mind
You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase and we refund every plan you have not used. Spending a plan is a request for that plan to be delivered straight away, so a plan you have already used is not refundable. The terms set this out in full.
